The Diplomat’s Daughter.

Yours free when you sign up to the newsletter.

Meet a young Louisa, the protagonist of ‘Husband, Wife, Strangers’. Having graduated from Bristol University, Louisa is training with a large accountancy firm in London as she studies for her professional exams.

Louisa is unexpectedly contacted by a former boyfriend, and whilst she no longer harbours any romantic feelings for him, she agrees to meet up for a drink. After all, he’s in town and it would be hard to refuse. A couple of hours in his company and she can be on her way.  It’s what polite people do, right?
